Over the preceding decades, Merat Pty Ltd Architects have developed expertise in design, detailed documentation and administrative services for a broad range institutional project types through the Company's association with such major organisations as Northern Health, Country Fire Authority Victoria (CFA), The Royal Melbourne Hospital and The Walter & Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research, as well as a comprehensive tertiary level portfolio of work for The University of Melbourne.

The company has been operating since 1990 and from our Moonee Ponds base since 2005. We offer a complete range of services from master planning through to interior design. Although the firm’s primary focus has been on institutional works we have also completed commercial, residential and heritage projects
