AMRAD Corp Ltd as the parent company to a number of medical research and pharmaceutical development subsidiaries relocated from rented accommodation to their substantive holdings in Burnley following the development of dis-used buildings on site.

The resulting project delivers 560 sq.m of quality air conditioned office space together with 70 sq.m of conferencing facilities and 90 sq.m of secure file stores.

Our company's approach involved the creation of more visual connectivity by the removal of may internal walls and the selective placement of fully glazed screens, timber veneered joinery, in-direct lighting, stepped ceilings and strong colour on selected surfaces were used to breakdown the 'corridor affect' of the existing building.
