Merat Pty Ltd was engaged to undertake renovations of the heritage listed ARDEE House.

Years of add-on additions and redundant invasive services have been removed and replaced by fully integrated lighting, power and mechanical services, restoring the heritage integrity throughout the original extent of the Main Building. Internet spaces have been refurbished with new finishes to walls, floors and ceilings. DDA access has also been accomplished through the addition of lift access conveniently located within the amenities block with minimal impact to the heritage value of the building, also facilitating DDA access to Stage 2 developments to the rear of the property.
