Multi Residential Development
Feasibility and planning work was undertaken for a private client to replace an Edwardian era residence (not heritage listed and in poor condition) with a substantial new development of 10 large units with associated underground parking. Every effort was made to integrate the mass of the building into the neighbourhood which comprised very large individual residences.

To date the Boroondara Council has not supported the development
