Private Residence

Merat Pty Ltd seldom has had the opportunity to design a high quality residence.
This project was developed on a pristine site with spectacular views to the surrounds.
The design response was to provide an elevated structure which cantilevers over the valley.
The panorama is captured by 2 storey low-E glazing  extending the full length of the façade and the structure is anchored with mass stone buttresses to each end.
